After the payment has been received, the order will be confirmed (order status: "in progress") and the product, carefully packaged, will be delivered via express courier to the address specified by the customer. Please note that the images of the product and the packaging are published on the website for demonstration purposes only and may differ - for reasons attributable to the manufacturer - from the appearance of the product shipped. Delivery takes place within five working days or - with "express delivery" - 24/72 working hours from payment (in case of wire transfer it will be added time taken to transfer money). Volleyball Store is not responsible for any delays that are not imputable to the internal order management. Delivery costs abroad vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the purchased items. Any customs duties (for shipments outside the European community) are charged to the recipient.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days from receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can use the appropriate form "Returns" in the "Customer Service" area accessible through the link in the footer of the website pages, or in the customer-dedicated area. Alternatively, the right of withdrawal may be exercised by sending a certified e-mail to the certified e-mail address marinosport@pec.it. The customer who exercises the right of withdrawal must return - within twenty days from the date of receipt of the goods - the product perfectly intact (not used), together with any labels/tags and in the original packaging, and deliver it to Volleyball Store - Via Bebio 72 - 76125 Trani (BT). The shipment of the product to the sender is charged to the customer and under his/her responsibility. Alternatively, the customer can ask Volleyball Store to manage the return of product with their courier, at a cost of €10. Volleyball Store, after receiving the product and verifying its integrity, will refund the customer the price of the product and the initial shipping costs. Volleyball Store will communicate to the customer the guidelines to simplify the return. The aforementioned conditions apply to purchases made with delivery in Italy. For deliveries abroad, the customer must check the specific conditions by contacting the Volleyball Store customer services at the above addresses. For orders not made from Italy, the shipment of the product to the sender is charged to the customer and under his/her responsibility.
Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for in point 3, the customer may, alternatively, request the replacement of the product within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the same. The product for which the replacement is requested must be perfectly intact (not used), together with any labels/tags and in the original packaging. To exercise the right to change the product the customer can use the special form "Returns" in the "Customer Service" area, accessible through the link in the footer of the website pages or in the customer-dedicated area, indicating as reason for the return "change number/size/model". Alternatively, the request for replacement can be made by sending a certified e-mail to the certified e-mail address marinosport@pec.it. The aforementioned communication must contain details of the required replacement or the item to be returned and the article required to replace it. After agreeing the replacement with Volleyball Store, the customer who exercises the right of replacement must return - within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods - the intact product in the original packaging, and deliver it to Volleyball Store - via Bebio 72 - 76125 Trani (BT). The shipment of the product to the sender is charged to the customer and under his/her responsibility. Alternatively, the customer can ask Volleyball Store to manage the change of product with their courier, arranging both the home pickup and the delivery of the replaced product, at a cost of €10. The product can be replaced with another item of equal or greater amount (in this case integrating the price difference). Volleyball Store will communicate to the customer the guidelines to simplify the product replacement. The aforementioned conditions apply to purchases made with delivery in Italy. For deliveries abroad, the customer must check the specific conditions by contacting the Volleyball Store customer services at the above addresses. Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for in point 3, it is not possible to replace the product for orders not made from Italy.
The purchase of the product is subject to the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) on sales agreements and warranties concerning consumer goods and/or specific provisions provided for on this subject by the Civil Code. Warranty covers faulty goods and can not be asked in case of negligence and/or carelessness in the use and/or maintenance of the products. In the case of alleged flaws, the product can be returned within 2 years from the date of purchase. The returned product will be evaluated by our supervisors and/or by the brand’s technicians. In case of confirmation of the flaw (thus excluding breakages due to normal wear or incorrect use of the product), the product will be replaced with the same model or a voucher will be issued equal to the current value of the product in question (if the same is no longer available for replacement). The faulty product will be withdrawn exclusively by our courier.
The order form must be signed in its entirety exclusively by adults. Contracts are made in compliance with Italian law and are subject to Italian law.
